Dutch Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pastry recipe for 2 x 9 inch pie crusts
5 large Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup white Sugar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Raisons

Time: 1 hour
Serves: 8

Instructions:
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C
Line pie tin with pastry
Mix ½ a cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of flour.
Pour over apples and add raisons
Sprinkle lemon juice on top
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and put on a wire rack and leave to cool.
